Used Oil An Environmental Problem

The serious environmental problems arising from uncontrolled dumping or inappropriate use of waste lubricating oil, determined to regulate the management thereof, by Directive 75/439 / EEC. This regulation was later amended by Council Directive (87/101 / EEC) of 22 December 1986, which defines the methods of management and treatment of hazardous waste.

As known from the 2006 European Directive on Waste Incineration, may prohibit this type of use, making procedure to search for recycling alternatives for waste oils used quota which can not be regenerated.
